They send you a "suitcase", you pack it with your stuff and return it to them, and they store it for you and pack it and ship it according to your instructions when you take a trip. Company is based in Reston, Virginia and they have storage sites in Boston, New York, and Reston Virginia. Travelers use their iCloset interface to select items for each trip.
